Meet the team
Caroline Heaton
Caroline has developed her career working within both HR/recruitment and education. She has worked in both a teaching and leadership capacity, has an MA in Education and International Development and has travelled extensively, living and working in four continents.
Joanna de Beer
A qualified teacher herself, Jo has extensive experience in international education and education development management. She has also enjoyed school leadership, education consultancy, teacher training and advisory roles, and has found her MSc in International Development Management a valuable asset.
Tom Wilde
Tom graduated from Oxford University in Modern History and English before qualifying as a teacher. Since then he has gained over twenty years’ experience in education, including fifteen years in senior leadership roles, and has been a head of school at international schools in Central Asia and Scandinavia.
